It's time to start thinking about softball... Sort of.

The Brainerd league fees deposit is due by the end of the month. Players again will not need to worry about contributing, as all funding is covered by Red House Media! Thanks Aaron. (Aaron is the guy that occasionally comes to games and hovers like Jerry Jones of the Cowboys.) Please be sure to thank him as you see him throughout the year. The league fees keep going up and up. We are lucky to be able to play for free. This is honestly about as close as any of us will ever get to being paid to play ball!

Also, we have updated the site for the new season. You will still be able to find any game times / info / rain-outs / ect... right here. Most updates are also posted on the Reds facebook page.

Plan again for a few weeks of practice / scrimmage games after the snow melts.

If you do not plan to return as a player this year, please let me know right away. This is the time of year I do head counts. We have a waiting list of players that would love to join the team, but I would prefer to stick with all the same guys.

Place your order... $15 per hooded sweatshirt

Hey guys, something I'm working on before the season starts is a hooded sweatshirt for warm-ups or those first few weeks when we have to play in cold weather. (This is optional, You don't have to get one of these.) Each player will pay for his own hood at cost. ($15)

I found a great deal on blank red hoods. Figure out what size you will need and place your order on the Reds facebook group, via email or give me a call. If your wife is a fan and comes to the games, we also have the option of buying several in small or medium. Right now we have a limited number, but I'm trying to locate more of the hoods.

P.S. Aaron I already have one set aside for you courtesy of a grateful team!

Still no snow, we could be out playing softball!
